Our mission is simple yet impactful: to help people thrive—our clients, our team, and the communities we serve.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Corporate Tax to join our Taxation division. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and mentoring a talented team of advisors.

The Senior Manager will be leading the Corporate Tax function of the team, overseeing compliance, and providing strategic tax planning for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership, client relationships, and driving business success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide income tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base.

  • Advise on complex tax matters, including M&A, business structuring and tax due diligence.

  • Prepare letters of advice and manage transactions (e.g., business acquisitions, international dealings).

  • Conduct in-depth tax research and develop recommendations tailored to client needs.

  • Oversee tax compliance engagements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

  • Manage targets and budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of tax advisors, focusing on performance and career development.

  • Coordinate and delegate client work, overseeing workflow and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Perform final-level reviews of compliance and advisory work.

  • Identify and act on new business development and referral opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (Accounting) or a related field.

  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate tax and advisory within a professional services environment.

  • Exposure to complex business structures and multi-entity client groups.

  • Strong technical knowledge in income tax, particularly Australian corporate and international tax provisions.

  • Interest in or pursuit of a Master of Taxation or equivalent qualification (preferred).

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
