Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join an Audit team that’s making a real difference! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to step in and lead our talented Audit & Assurance team across a diverse client base, from large corporates to NFP’s.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Empowering Your Team: Inspire, mentor, and drive your team’s performance while identifying and addressing their development needs in partnership with the Training and Development Manager 

  • Delivering Excellence: Provide value-added advice while achieving firm KPIs and delivering top-quality work on time and on budget 

  • Leading Audits: Construct logical, accurate audit programs, working papers, and checklists using Caseware, aligned with audit methodology 

  • Building Relationships: Develop your personal brand and cultivate trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders 

  • Ensuring Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting frameworks 

  • Mitigating Risks: Develop tailored audit plans that reflect identified risks and ensure effective substantive audit testing 

  • Owning the Process: Oversee the end-to-end audit process, including file completion and finalization 

What You'll Bring to the Table: 

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams 

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification 

  • Professional Services Expertise: A solid auditing background in professional services and experience working with a variety of client industries 

  • Interpersonal Savvy: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and delegation skills
