We’re on the hunt for an inspiring and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Business Advisory division! This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and mentoring a talented team of accountants.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Inspiring and Empowering Teams: Lead, motivate, and enable your team to achieve their best, driving performance and fostering growth

  • Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with clients, the broader leadership team, and your team members

  • Becoming a Trusted Business Advisor: Provide expert advice on complex matters, becoming a go-to partner for clients' business success

  • Delivering Real-Time Results: Deliver exceptional management reporting, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

  • Building New Opportunities: Identify and seize opportunities for growth, nurturing new and existing client relationships

  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that boost team performance and elevate the Business Advisory service line to new heights

What You'll Bring to the Table: 

  • A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications 

  • A deep understanding of accounting and tax, including income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, accounting principles, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, and small business concessions 

  • Exceptional business acumen to deliver value-add advice and meet the firm’s KPIs 

  • A client-centric approach with the proven ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience. 

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
