The Role
We’re on the lookout for two inspiring and dynamic Senior Managers to join our Business Advisory division! This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of our firm by managing a diverse client portfolio and mentoring a high-performing team of accountants.
Ideal for someone passionate about leadership, building strong client relationships and driving commercial success, these roles offer real scope to make an impact. - Building Relationships: stablish and nurture trusted partnerships with clients, colleagues, and team members to drive collaboration and long-term success.
- Becoming a Trusted Business Advisor: Provide proactive, commercially driven business, tax and strategic advice tailored to complex client needs, positioning yourself as a key partner in their success.
- Delivering Real-Time Results: Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, ensuring key deadlines and budget expectations are consistently met.
- Building New Opportunities: Play an active role in business development through networking, preparing proposals and contributing to thought leadership.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance team performance and continuously evolve the Business Advisory service offering.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications
- A deep understanding of accounting and tax, including income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, accounting principles, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, and small business concessions
- Exceptional business acumen to deliver value-add advice and meet the firm’s KPIs
- A client-centric approach with the proven ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
