Do you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment where analytics, decision-making and advisory converge? Our Family Office is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our team and partner with fantastic clients.

SENIOR CONSULTANT – FAMILY OFFICE

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for working with high-net-worth individuals and families.  Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with client relationship management to help others achieve their financial goals? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for a skilled and client-focused Senior Consultant to join our growing Family Office team. This role is pivotal in advising, implementing, and maintaining strategies that align with our clients’ personal and financial aspirations – think virtual CFO but with more variety!

This is a diverse and rewarding role offering exposure across management reporting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and investment support — all while building deep relationships with clients and their advisors.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and their entities, assisting them with the full spectrum of wealth management, financial reporting, and strategic insight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Management reporting & full suite of accounting support across multiple entity types, cash flow reporting and supporting SMSF compliance.

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities to support complex decision-making

  • Build trusting relationships and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups

  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities

  • Manage relationships with third-party providers (e.g. private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors)

  • Mentor and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching

  • Lead onboarding of new Family Office clients — from proposal and setup through to implementation and rollout

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services

  • Ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

  • CPA, CA or CFA qualification

  • Strong interpersonal, time management and communication skills

  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens

  • Client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders

Who You’ll Work With:

  • Directly with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families

  • Internally across Bookkeeping, Wealth, Tax and Debt Advisory teams

  • With client-side external providers (private banks, legal advisors, agents, utilities, etc.)

Why Join Us?

  • Work with sophisticated clients and interesting financial structures

  • Join a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Family Office team

  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities

  • A supportive firm culture that values balance, excellence, and authenticity
